MY GOCLUB TERMS

Version 1.2
Last updated: 20 September 2026

1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

These Terms and Conditions govern registration for, access to and use of the MY GoClub membership and rewards programme.

MY GoClub is operated by CheapGo Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16012350, with its registered address at Director Generals House, 15 Rockstone Place, Southampton, England, SO15 2EP, United Kingdom.

In these Terms, "CheapGo", "MY GoClub", "we", "us" and "our" refer to CheapGo Ltd. "You" and "your" refer to the person registering an interest in or participating in MY GoClub.

Please read these Terms before submitting a registration form, activating a membership or using a My GoClub membership card, membership number, QR code, points balance, tier benefit, offer or reward.

These Terms apply only to the My GoClub programme. Separate terms may apply to airport services, day trips, events, bookings, transport, purchases and services supplied by CheapGo or a participating partner.

2. IMPORTANT DISTINCTION BETWEEN EARLY ACCESS AND MEMBERSHIP

Submitting the My GoClub "Join", "Register Interest" or early-access form does not by itself:

(a) create a My GoClub membership account;

(b) issue a membership number or membership card;

(c) assign a membership tier;

(d) award any points;

(e) create an entitlement to rewards, discounts or partner benefits;

(f) guarantee admission to the programme; or

(g) require My GoClub to launch any particular feature.

An early-access submission records your interest in My GoClub and allows us to contact you about the programme in accordance with the choices you make on the form.

A My GoClub membership contract begins only when we confirm that your membership has been activated, for example by issuing a membership number, activating a digital membership card or confirming account activation by email.

3. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Terms:

"Account" means an activated My GoClub membership account.

"Affiliated Brand" means a brand or service operated by CheapGo Ltd or by another company under common ownership or control with CheapGo Ltd, where that brand or company has been expressly identified to members.

"Member" means a person whose My GoClub membership has been activated.

"Membership Identifier" means a My GoClub membership number, card number, digital card, QR code, barcode, token or other identifier issued to a Member.

"Partner" means a third-party business participating in a My GoClub points, rewards, discount or benefit arrangement.

"Points" means promotional units recorded in a Member's My GoClub account. Points are not money, electronic money or stored monetary value.

"Qualifying Activity" means a purchase, booking, attendance, referral, promotional action or other activity that the applicable offer states is eligible to earn Points or benefits.

"Referral Credit" means the promotional GBP balance earned through the MY GoClub Refer & Earn programme. Referral Credit is separate from Points and is subject to section 13.

"Reward" means a discount, product, service, voucher, entry, upgrade, experience or other benefit made available through My GoClub.

"Tier" means a membership status level assigned under the criteria published by My GoClub.

4. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 16 years old to register for My GoClub unless we expressly permit registration by a younger person with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering.

You may hold only one personal My GoClub account unless we expressly approve otherwise.

Membership is intended for individual consumers. It must not be used for unauthorised commercial resale, points brokering, account farming, automated registrations or operation on behalf of multiple unrelated individuals.

We may refuse or delay activation where:

(a) information is incomplete or appears inaccurate;

(b) we reasonably suspect duplicate, automated, abusive or fraudulent registration;

(c) activation would breach law, a regulatory requirement, a Partner requirement or a programme restriction; or

(d) the programme is not available in your location or to the relevant category of customer.

5. YOUR ACCOUNT AND MEMBERSHIP IDENTIFIER

Your Membership Identifier is personal to you. It is not a bank card, credit card, debit card or payment instrument and does not hold cash.

You must not sell, lend, copy, reproduce, publish or knowingly allow another person to use your Membership Identifier, except where a specific My GoClub feature expressly allows household or guest use.

You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect access to your account, membership card, QR code and login credentials.

You must notify us promptly at [enquiries@cheapgo.co.uk](mailto:enquiries@cheapgo.co.uk) if you believe that your account or Membership Identifier has been lost, copied, compromised or used without permission.

We may replace, deactivate or reissue a Membership Identifier where reasonably necessary to protect the programme, a Member, CheapGo or a Partner.

6. EARNING POINTS

Points may be awarded for Qualifying Activities described in a My GoClub or Partner offer.

The number of Points, eligibility conditions, qualifying dates, exclusions, limits and processing period applicable to an offer will be shown in the relevant offer information.

To receive Points, you may be required to:

(a) present or scan your Membership Identifier before completing a transaction;

(b) provide your membership number at the time of booking;

(c) use a specified booking link, promotional code or payment route;

(d) retain a receipt or transaction reference;

(e) complete the activity during the stated promotional period; or

(f) satisfy other conditions disclosed before the Qualifying Activity.

Points may not be awarded retrospectively where the Member did not follow the stated collection process. We may nevertheless consider a retrospective claim where the Member provides sufficient evidence within the time limit stated in the offer or, where no time limit is stated, within 30 days of the transaction.

Points may take time to appear while the transaction is verified.

Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, taxes, tips, delivery charges, refunded amounts, cancelled bookings, deposits, gift-card purchases and non-qualifying third-party charges do not earn Points.

7. POINTS ADJUSTMENTS AND REVERSALS

We may correct a Points balance where Points were:

(a) awarded in error;

(b) duplicated;

(c) calculated using incorrect transaction information;

(d) associated with a refunded, reversed, cancelled or charged-back transaction;

(e) obtained through breach of these Terms;

(f) obtained through manipulation, false information, unauthorised account sharing or fraud; or

(g) awarded under an offer that was affected by an evident technical or pricing error.

Where reasonably possible, we will explain a material adjustment.

A reversal may result in a negative Points balance. Where this occurs, future Points may first be applied against the negative balance.

We will not remove validly earned Points merely because a Partner relationship ends, except where the relevant Points or Reward had a clearly disclosed expiry date or where continued recognition would be unlawful or technically impossible. Where practical, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to use affected Points.

8. STATUS OF POINTS

Points:

(a) have no cash value;

(b) cannot be withdrawn as cash;

(c) do not constitute property, a deposit, electronic money or a financial product;

(d) cannot be sold, auctioned, exchanged or transferred except through an authorised My GoClub feature;

(e) cannot be combined between accounts unless we expressly allow it; and

(f) are subject to the programme rules in effect when they are earned and redeemed.

My GoClub may distinguish between Spendable Points and Tier Points. Spendable Points are Points that may be redeemed for eligible Rewards, coupons, partner offers or other programme benefits. Tier Points are used to assess membership Tier eligibility and do not reduce when a Member redeems Spendable Points.

Unless a different expiry date is clearly stated for a specific promotion, Spendable Points are valid for 18 months. For Spendable Points earned during a calendar month, that earning month is treated as month 0. Month 1 starts on the first day of the following calendar month, and the relevant Spendable Points expire at the start of the day after month 18.

For example, Spendable Points earned in July 2026 are in month 0 during July 2026. Month 1 starts on 1 August 2026 and month 18 starts on 1 January 2028. Those Spendable Points expire at the start of 1 February 2028 unless a different expiry date was clearly disclosed.

The membership account interface may display a summary of Spendable Points expiring within 1 month. This summary is provided for convenience and does not replace the underlying ledger record.

Tier Points may be assessed or refreshed by Tier year. Unless otherwise displayed in the account interface, the Tier year runs from 1 September to 31 August. Redeeming Spendable Points does not reduce Tier Points already earned for Tier assessment.

9. MEMBERSHIP TIERS

My GoClub may operate one or more membership Tiers.

Tier criteria may be based on factors such as eligible Points, qualifying expenditure, completed activities, membership duration, engagement with the programme or specific promotional criteria.

The current Tier criteria, assessment period and benefits will be displayed on the My GoClub website, membership page or account interface.

A Tier does not confer ownership rights or a permanent entitlement to future benefits.

We may recalculate or correct a Tier where underlying transactions are cancelled, refunded, duplicated or found to be ineligible.

Where we materially change Tier criteria in a way that disadvantages existing Members, we will normally provide at least 30 days' notice. Changes may take effect immediately where required by law, necessary to address misuse or required because a Partner has withdrawn a benefit without adequate notice.

10. REDEEMING REWARDS

A Reward may be subject to:

(a) a required Points balance;

(b) availability or stock limits;

(c) booking requirements;

(d) geographical restrictions;

(e) an expiry date;

(f) age or identity restrictions;

(g) limits per Member, account, transaction or household;

(h) Partner opening hours and fulfilment capacity; and

(i) additional conditions displayed before redemption.

Points are deducted when a Reward is confirmed or at another stage clearly stated in the redemption process.

Once a Reward has been used, fulfilled, scanned, collected, booked or marked as redeemed, the Points will not normally be returned unless the Reward was not supplied because of an error by My GoClub or the relevant Partner.

Where a Reward becomes unavailable after redemption but before fulfilment, we may offer one or more of the following:

(a) restoration of the Points;

(b) a substitute reward of equivalent or higher stated value;

(c) rebooking or later fulfilment; or

(d) another remedy required by applicable consumer law.

A Reward cannot be exchanged for cash unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise or the law requires a monetary remedy.

11. PARTNER OFFERS AND REWARDS

Some Points and Rewards are supplied, verified or fulfilled by independent Partners.

The relevant offer will identify the Partner and any Partner-specific terms.

Unless CheapGo is expressly identified as the seller or supplier:

(a) the Partner is responsible for the quality, safety, legality, availability and fulfilment of its own goods and services;

(b) a purchase from the Partner creates a separate contract between you and the Partner;

(c) the Partner's refund, booking, collection and cancellation rules may apply; and

(d) you should raise product- or service-specific issues with the Partner in the first instance.

CheapGo remains responsible for operating the My GoClub account, recording Points supplied to us, processing the My GoClub element of a redemption and correcting programme errors attributable to us.

Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory rights you may have against CheapGo or a Partner.

12. INFORMATION SHARED FOR POINTS AND REDEMPTION

To verify a qualifying transaction, allocate Points or fulfil a Reward, CheapGo and the relevant Partner may exchange limited information such as:

(a) your Membership Identifier or card number;

(b) your name, where identity verification is necessary;

(c) a transaction, booking, order or redemption reference;

(d) the date, location and status of the transaction;

(e) the number of Points earned or redeemed;

(f) the relevant Reward, discount or benefit;

(g) a verification or redemption token; and

(h) contact or delivery details where these are needed to supply the Reward.

The exchange of this information does not give a Partner permission to use your information for unrelated marketing.

A Partner may send its own marketing only where it has a separate lawful basis and, where required, your specific consent.

Further information is provided in the My GoClub privacy policy.

13. PROMOTIONS, CODES AND REFERRALS

Promotional codes and referral benefits may be limited by date, account, location, service, customer category or transaction.

The MY GoClub Refer & Earn programme is available to an active, verified CheapGo Account linked to an active MY GoClub membership. An eligible Member may accept these Terms and join through the MY GoClub account area without waiting for manual approval. We may pause or reactivate access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse prevention, technical operation or compliance with law.

When you join Refer & Earn, we issue one personal referral code and may also provide a share link or QR code. Your referral code remains connected to your MY GoClub membership and must not be sold, transferred or presented as an official CheapGo communication.

A referred customer may receive GBP 2 off their first eligible booking where they:

(a) are signed in to a verified CheapGo Account;

(b) have not previously completed a paid CheapGo order;

(c) use an active referral code on an eligible Day Trip or Multi-day Trip booking; and

(d) have an eligible pre-discount booking subtotal of at least GBP 20.

Airport transfer and Event bookings are not eligible unless we expressly state otherwise. The referred-customer discount is applied immediately to an eligible booking.

After the referred booking has received trusted payment confirmation, GBP 2 Referral Credit is recorded as pending for the referring Member. Pending Referral Credit becomes available only after the scheduled trip end time, provided the booking remains paid or partially refunded and confirmed or completed. Staff Check-in or No Show status does not by itself release Referral Credit.

Available Referral Credit may accumulate. No more than GBP 15 Referral Credit may be used on one eligible order, and the eligible pre-discount subtotal must be at least GBP 20. A checkout may use only one discount mechanism: a promotional coupon, a MY GoClub voucher, a referral code or Referral Credit.

Referral Credit is promotional, non-transferable and has no cash value. It is not Points, property, a deposit, electronic money or a financial product, and it cannot be withdrawn, sold, exchanged or transferred between accounts.

If an eligible booking is abandoned, payment fails or the booking is fully refunded, any pending benefit may be cancelled and any reserved Referral Credit released. If Referral Credit has already become available before a full refund, we may reverse it. A reversal may create a negative Referral Credit balance, which may be recovered from future referral earnings.

You must not:

(a) create false accounts to obtain referral benefits;

(b) refer yourself through duplicate identities;

(c) publish a private or restricted code where publication is prohibited;

(d) use automated systems to submit referrals or registrations;

(e) make misleading claims about CheapGo, My GoClub or a Partner; or

(f) use a promotion in a manner inconsistent with its stated purpose.

We may withhold or reverse benefits generated by prohibited conduct.

14. PROHIBITED USE

You must not use My GoClub:

(a) unlawfully or fraudulently;

(b) to impersonate another person;

(c) to interfere with the website, account system, Points ledger or Partner systems;

(d) to generate artificial transactions or scans;

(e) to exploit an evident software, pricing or configuration error;

(f) to threaten, harass or abuse staff, Members or Partners;

(g) to sell or broker Points, Rewards, accounts or membership identifiers without permission; or

(h) in a way that causes material harm to the programme or another person.

Discovering an error does not give you a right to retain Points or Rewards generated by that error. You should report suspected programme errors to [enquiries@cheapgo.co.uk](mailto:enquiries@cheapgo.co.uk).

15. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION BY MY GOCLUB

We may temporarily restrict or suspend an account while investigating:

(a) suspected fraud or misuse;

(b) unusual or inconsistent Points activity;

(c) unauthorised access;

(d) a disputed transaction;

(e) a breach of these Terms;

(f) a request from a Partner, payment provider, court, regulator or law-enforcement authority; or

(g) a risk to Members, Partners or the programme.

We may terminate membership where we reasonably determine that a serious or repeated breach has occurred.

Except where doing so would prejudice an investigation, breach a legal restriction or create a security risk, we will provide the reason for a material suspension or termination and give you an opportunity to raise a complaint.

Where membership is terminated because of fraud or serious misuse, associated Points and Rewards may be cancelled.

Where we terminate membership for operational reasons unrelated to your conduct, we will normally provide a reasonable opportunity to redeem valid Points or provide an alternative remedy.

16. CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting [enquiries@cheapgo.co.uk](mailto:enquiries@cheapgo.co.uk) or using an account cancellation function where available.

You should redeem any available Points before cancellation. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed, unused Points and unredeemed Rewards will be cancelled when the account is closed.

We may retain limited records after account closure where required for accounting, legal claims, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance or to honour your marketing opt-out. Further information is provided in the My GoClub privacy policy.

17. SERVICE AND MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

We may send administrative or service communications necessary to operate your registration or membership, including:

(a) registration and activation messages;

(b) Points and redemption confirmations;

(c) account and security notices;

(d) material changes to these Terms or the Privacy Notice;

(e) suspension, closure or fraud-prevention messages; and

(f) information needed to fulfil a booking, benefit or Reward.

These service communications are separate from marketing communications.

Marketing is optional. Refusing or withdrawing marketing consent will not prevent you from registering an interest in or using My GoClub, although you may not receive promotional announcements or personalised offers delivered through the relevant marketing channel.

You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by using an unsubscribe link, changing communication preferences or contacting [enquiries@cheapgo.co.uk](mailto:enquiries@cheapgo.co.uk).

18. PROGRAMME AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

We may add, remove or change features, Partners, Tiers, offers, earning methods, redemption methods and Rewards.

For changes that materially reduce existing Member rights, we will normally provide at least 30 days' notice.

We may make an immediate change where necessary to:

(a) comply with law or regulatory instructions;

(b) prevent fraud, misuse or security incidents;

(c) correct an evident error;

(d) address an urgent technical issue;

(e) protect Members or Partners; or

(f) respond to a Partner withdrawing a benefit without sufficient notice.

A change to future earning opportunities does not normally affect Points already validly earned, unless the notice states otherwise and the change is fair and lawful.

19. CLOSURE OF THE PROGRAMME

We may close My GoClub by giving Members reasonable advance notice.

Where practical, we will provide at least 60 days between announcing closure and the final date for redeeming existing valid Points.

A shorter period may apply where continued operation is unlawful, prevented by insolvency, affected by a critical third-party failure or subject to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

20. WEBSITE AND TECHNICAL AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee that the My GoClub website, digital card, QR code, account interface or Partner connection will be available without interruption.

Planned maintenance, internet failures, device incompatibility, third-party outages and other technical events may temporarily delay Points or Reward processing.

Where a technical problem affects a genuine transaction, we may request evidence and process a correction manually.

You must not rely on My GoClub as the sole record of an important booking, purchase, travel arrangement or entitlement.

21. PERSONAL INFORMATION

CheapGo processes personal information in accordance with the My GoClub privacy policy.

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have been given access to the Privacy Notice. Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute consent to optional marketing.

Where consent is required, it will be requested separately.

22. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The My GoClub name, branding, membership-card designs, website content, software, graphics, databases and programme materials are owned by or licensed to CheapGo Ltd.

Membership does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

You may use programme materials only for personal participation in My GoClub and must not reproduce, alter, sell or commercially exploit them without written permission.

23. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:

(a) death or personal injury caused by negligence;

(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

(c) breach of statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business loss arising from personal consumer use of the programme, or for loss caused solely by inaccurate information supplied by you.

Where a Partner independently supplies goods or services, the Partner is responsible for its own performance, subject to any responsibility CheapGo separately accepts in the relevant offer.

24. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including failure of telecommunications networks, widespread system outages, industrial action, natural events, public emergencies, government restrictions or the unexpected withdrawal of an essential third-party service.

This section does not remove any remedy that applicable consumer law requires us to provide.

25. COMPLAINTS

Questions or complaints about My GoClub may be sent to:

Email: [enquiries@cheapgo.co.uk](mailto:enquiries@cheapgo.co.uk)

Postal address:

Please include sufficient information for us to identify the relevant registration, account, transaction or Reward.

Privacy and data protection complaints are handled under the complaints process described in the My GoClub privacy policy.

26. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the programme, law, Partners, technology or business operations.

The current version will be published on the My GoClub website with its effective date.

Where a change materially affects existing Members, we will provide reasonable notice by email, account notification or another appropriate method.

Continuing to use My GoClub after a notified change takes effect means that the updated Terms apply to future use. This does not remove rights or remedies that arose before the change.

27. TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, including as part of a restructuring, merger, acquisition or transfer of the My GoClub programme.

We will notify you where a transfer materially affects your rights. A transfer will not reduce your statutory rights.

You may not transfer your membership or contractual rights to another person unless we expressly permit it.

28. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

29. NO WAIVER

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived the right to enforce it later.

30. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS

Except where these Terms expressly state otherwise, no person other than you and CheapGo Ltd has a right to enforce these Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

31. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any right provided by law to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
