Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of CheapGo’s services. By completing a booking with CheapGo, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

CheapGo is a UK-based service company specialising in airport transfers and day trips. We connect major cities, popular tourist and shopping destinations, as well as universities and airports through convenient and reliable transport solutions. We work in partnership with licensed and professional transport providers to deliver safe and comfortable journeys to our customers.

2. Service Scope

CheapGo does not directly operate vehicles or employ drivers. Instead, we coordinate and arrange travel through authorised and licensed partners. While we strive to ensure high-quality service, CheapGo is not responsible for operational issues arising from partner companies beyond our reasonable control.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or authorised booking channels.

  • Payment must be completed in full at the time of booking for the reservation to be confirmed.

  • Once the booking has been paid, 25% of the payment is considered a non-refundable deposit.

  • Customers must provide accurate booking details, including contact information and travel details.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellations and refund requests are subject to our Return and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Refund eligibility is determined by the number of days before departure.

  • Requests must be submitted in writing (via email) with the booking reference and payment receipt attached.

  • The time of cancellation is based on when CheapGo receives the email request.

  • If you do not receive a reply or refund within 3 business days, you must contact our customer service team to follow up.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for arriving at the designated pickup point on time.

  • Customers must ensure all provided details (e.g. flight number, contact information) are accurate and up to date.

  • Any delays, missed connections, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer are not the responsibility of CheapGo.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • CheapGo works exclusively with licensed and qualified partners to ensure safe and reliable travel.

  • However, we are not liable for any delays, disruptions, or losses caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, accidents, flight schedule changes, or force majeure events.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). We take all necessary measures to store your information securely and protect your privacy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, as well as any disputes or claims arising from them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
