Service Agreement Policy

By booking any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below:

1. Service Adjustments
CheapGo Ltd strives to ensure the smooth execution of all day trips and airport pickup services. However, the schedule and arrangements may be subject to change due to traffic conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Our staff will provide updated instructions and arrangements on the day of service, and passengers must follow these instructions to ensure both safety and a smooth experience for all participants. Failure to comply with staff guidance may result in refusal of service without any form of compensation.

2. Airport Pickup – Minimum Passenger Numbers

Each coach departure for the airport pickup service requires a minimum of 35 passengers. Should the number of confirmed passengers fall below this threshold, CheapGo Ltd will arrange alternative transport through our partner, Taxi, using 8-seat vehicles depending on availability. For the taxi arrangement, a minimum of 7 passengers is required. If the number of confirmed passengers for a taxi falls below 7, CheapGo Ltd will contact affected customers to arrange a full refund. Alternatively, if customers agree, they may choose to wait for the next available coach departure, acknowledging that this may involve an extended waiting time.By completing your booking and payment, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this arrangement as part of the service conditions.

2.1 Optional Door-to-Door Drop-off Service

Passengers who wish to be dropped off directly at their residential area instead of the designated drop-off points (as published on the service page) may use our optional door-to-door drop-off service for an additional charge of £2 per person, applicable to both coach and taxi passengers. The service is limited to addresses within a reasonable distance from the designated drop-off point, as determined by CheapGo Ltd. Passengers may request this service upon arrival at the drop-off point, where our staff or driver will register their details. Payment will be collected in cash at the time of service. Passengers who do not use this service will be dropped off at the designated locations published on the service page.

3. Baggage Policy
Due to limited luggage capacity on both coaches and taxis, each passenger is allowed to bring one large suitcase and one small carry-on item. The exact allowance may vary depending on the vehicle, and taxi capacity may be more restricted. Any additional luggage will be transported separately by our dedicated luggage delivery service. Please note that the luggage delivery vehicle may not depart simultaneously with your coach; for example, it may operate later in the day, consolidating items from multiple coach departures before dispatch. Delivery will be carried out sequentially according to the drop-off locations, and we will inform passengers in advance of the estimated arrival time. Passengers are required to collect their luggage at the designated time. If you miss the scheduled collection window, you may retrieve your luggage directly from our partner’s luggage collection point.

4. Punctuality and Missed Pickups

This policy applies to both airport pickup services and day trips.
All passengers are required to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. To maintain schedule integrity and comply with airport and itinerary regulations, coaches will depart strictly on time.

A short grace period of up to 10–15 minutes may be allowed at the discretion of the Trip Leader or driver, depending on operational conditions. Beyond this window, late arrivals will be considered missed departures, and no refund or replacement service will be provided once the coach has left.

In cases of unavoidable circumstances—such as flight delays or cancellations—passengers must notify CheapGo at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup by email. We will make every reasonable effort to assist; however, any alternative arrangement is subject to same-day operational availability and cannot be guaranteed.

This policy ensures fairness, punctuality, and compliance with UK transport and airport operation standards.

5. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are responsible for safeguarding their own belongings throughout the service. CheapGo Ltd does not accept liability for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. It is also the passenger’s responsibility to ensure timely arrival at designated meeting points and to have all necessary travel documents prepared. Furthermore, passengers are expected to behave responsibly and comply with local laws during the trip. Any form of inappropriate behaviour may lead to refusal of service without refund or compensation. Passengers are also advised to review our Travel Risk Notice prior to travel, as it contains important information to help you prepare and remain aware of potential risks.

 

6. Insurance
CheapGo Ltd maintains tour operator insurance which covers only the company’s business operations and public liability. This insurance does not extend to passengers’ personal risks, including but not limited to medical expenses, personal injury, property loss, or travel disruptions. We strongly recommend that all passengers arrange their own personal travel insurance to cover any such risks.

 

7. Special Requirements and Age Restrictions
Passengers with special requirements, such as wheelchair accessibility, must inform CheapGo Ltd in advance so that necessary arrangements can be made where possible. Additionally, passengers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times during the service.

8. Force Majeure
CheapGo Ltd shall not be held responsible for delays, service interruptions, or itinerary changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, strikes, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, or governmental actions. In such cases, our team will make every reasonable effort to assist passengers, but no liability will be accepted for any resulting losses or inconveniences.

 

9. Cancellation and Refunds
All bookings are subject to CheapGo Ltd’s Cancellation and Refund policy, which is available upon request. In the event that CheapGo Ltd cancels a service, passengers will be offered either a full refund or an alternative arrangement at no additional cost.

 

10. Governing Law
This Service Agreement Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

If you miss the departure time, it will be regarded as a voluntary forfeiture of the service for that day.
